The GReddy Performance Products Civic Type R Oil Cooler Kit addresses the documented cooling demands of the high performance K20C1 engine. By mounting an efficient GReddy inner-fin oil cooler core, in an unused area of the front left bumper, it does not harm air-flow to the intercooler or radiator. For constant oil temperatures, the other key component in the kit, is the “tried and true” GREX oil block adapter with integrated thermostat for quick engine oil warm ups. The oil block and 10row oil cooler is connected by high flow -10 AN fittings and lightweight XRP performance lines. The complete kit also includes bolt-on brackets, necessary hardware and a circuit-spec air-duct, to maximize the cooling effects.

The GReddy Performance Products Civic Type R Oil Cooler Kit addresses the documented cooling demands of the high performance K20C1 engine. By mounting a high capacity K-type Koyo core, just above the intercooler, in an unused area just behind the front grill, it does not hamper air-flow. For constant oil temperatures, the other key component in the kit, is the “tried and true” GREX oil block adapter with integrated thermostat for quick engine oil warm ups. The oil block and 10row oil cooler is connected by high flow -10 AN fittings high-performance braided lines. The complete kit also includes bolt-on brackets, necessary hardware.

2017-2019 FK8 Civic Type R

The GReddy Performance Products Civic Type R Trans. Oil Cooler Kit was designed to help prolong the life of the transmission oil and in turn the internal transmission components. The bolt-on kit includes our high efficiency 13row oil cooler, which mounts in the (LHD) front driver-side front corner. The bolt-on kit includes all the necessary mounting hardware, fittings, hoses, brackets and an air diversion panel to increase air flow. There are two options for installation: Opt.A for colder climates and quicker warm-up. This set-up installs in tandem with the factory OEM engine coolant heat exchanger. Opt.B will have slower transmission oil warm up, but will offer maximum cooling efficiency by bypassing the OEM coolant heat exchanger. This also eliminates having to tax the FK8 engine cooling system. Both types of installations were tested to significantly decrease transmission oil temperatures.

The unique dual muffler Supreme SP for the 10th generation Honda (FC3) Civic Si coupe features high-flow with a refined exhaust note. Under wide-open-throttle, spirited driving, the system offers the classic GReddy deep exhaust growl. To enhance the performance of the turbocharged 1.5L engine, this 3piece, cat-back exhaust connects to the factory piping (our system bolts to the factory exhaust system at the flange behind the engine/transmission) and expands to large 3” (76mm) forward-midpipe and mid-pipe that split to two polished, straight-through SP oval mufflers and dual center-exit dual-wall GReddy tips. This tip and muffler combination is a great compliment to the Si’s sporty, but wide rear bumper tip opening. (We also offer a similar, application-specific system for the (FC1) Civic Si sedan.)  Like all GReddy Supreme SP systems, the fully hand-welded 304 Stainless-Steel exhausts carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty.

The GReddy Honda Civic Type R exhaust keeps with the SP tradition of a street performance exhaust. Careful attention to both sound and performance was considered in the design of this system. The free flowing straight-though exhaust on the CTR’s turbocharged K20C1 engine netted just 88dba on our standardized revving sound test with an amazing 16whp increase on our chassis dyno. Large diameter, stainless-steel, 3” mandrel-bent piping is tucked up in the FK8 Civic Type R chassis to a larger specially shaped SP oval muffler, to maximize flow and control the sound quality. Exhaust flow exits through dual 2.5” ports on the muffler canister to carefully positioned, high polished exhaust pipes and dual-wall Tips. The Civic Type R’s rear diffuser exhaust opening is elegantly completed with a special GReddy Supreme SP badge, between the dual 4.5” SP tips. Like all GReddy Supreme SP systems, the fully hand-welded 304 Stainless-Steel exhausts carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Besides the looks of the HG’s fully polished stainless-steel mandrel-bent piping and unique, functional GReddy three tip configuration; extensive research and development has lead to this supreme exhaust system. Careful attention was placed on the Civic Type-R’s exhaust sound characteristics, when incorporating our purposeful, high-flow, tri-routing layout. The large 76mm (3”) diameter piping flows smoothly through a large mid-pipe resonator and then branches out to the high-flow 3” center SP muffler and the two side-mounted sound chambers, before exiting the GReddy triple exhaust tips. The Supreme SP cat-back exhaust, for the turbocharged 10th generation Honda Civic Sport hatchback, improves the performance, sound quality and styling, by applying our signature SP (Street Performance) ideals into the design. The system not only incorporates large 76mm (3”) piping, but smoothes out and simplifies the heavier, factory, two muffler layout with a free flowing, compact single entry, dual outlet, oval SP muffler. This allows the turbocharged L15 engine to be more efficient for added performance, without having drone or being loud. The Supreme SP sound level was carefully tuned not to require any additional resonators; this also helps lighten up the system. The polished stainless-steel center-exit exhaust is finished off with stylish dual, double-wall, slant cut GReddy tips, to enhance the Civic’s sporty rear diffuser. To further improve the the flow and performance of your GReddy (FK8) cat-back exhaust for the Civic Type R, we have released this optional full 3" (non-tapered) forward midpipe, that will replace the orginal Supreme SP (& HG) forward midpipe. The slight taper in the standard Supreme SP forward midpipe (is designed to mate upto the factory overpipe flange and) more than adequate for use with the Civic Type R factory catalytic conveter and factory front overpipe, but when upgrading these units, you may aslo want to maximize the flow with a full 3" (76mm) stainless steel forward midpipe upgrade. Specially designed flanges and gaskets allow for a perfect match to our emissions friendly (cat-back) 3' Front Overpipe (p/n 10558600 sold separately).

The GReddy Performance Products 1.5L Turbo Civic (Si / Sport Hatch) Oil Cooler Kit addresses oil cooling demands of the L15B engine. This USA-spec kit utilizes an efficient, compact 19-row Koyo Racing core, -10 XRP hoses and our “tried and true” GREX oil block adapter with integrated thermostat for quick engine oil warm ups. By mounting the oil cooler core in an unused area above the intercooler and behind the front bumper grill, it does not effect vital air-flow to the intercooler. The complete kit also includes bolt-on brackets, necessary hardware and a circuit-spec air-duct, to maximize the cooling effects.

The DD-R compact dual muffler exhaust for the Honda (FC3) Civic Si coupe is designed for owners who desire a high quality, free-flowing exhaust with aggressive looks and sound to match. This full stainless-steel cat-back system begins after the front over-pipe with a 76mm (3”) front-pipe with tucked resonator to a full 3” mid-pipe all the way back to the rear section. The 3” piping then splits to two large 63.5mm (2.5”) inlets for the polished, 101.5mm (4”) DD-R mufflers via our precision Y-pipe. The DD-R is finished off with removable dual GPP engraved stainless steel slash-cut tips. The DD-R’s removable tips allow for customization with various optional tips and muffler silencers (sold separately.)

Aggressive styling with sound to match comes with the DD-R exhaust for the Honda (FK7) Civic Sport hatchback. This high-quality race-inspired system features our unique customizable dual DD-R mufflers. The removable tips allow for different look and sound with optional tips and tip silencers. This specific DD-R enhances the flow and sound of the Sport’s L15 turbocharged engine without the need for a mid-pipe resonator. The high-quality stainless-steel construction is designed to bolt up to the factory piping and runs a 3” (76mm) piping up to the rear where it splits to dual 2.5” (63.5mm) piping via our DD-R precision Y-pipe and finally the twin signature DD-R mufflers.
