open the update .exe file

click ok to extract files

this has updated software.

Connect Ultimate unit to Laptop

Turn key on to go online with unit

It should say “found new update, would you like to update main unit?”

click yes and let update. Emanage = 2 mins, Ultimate = 45 seconds~1 min.

confirm version types are the same in “Help” menu

For emanage blue units, you must have full install CD of 1.20/1.40 to be able to update software and firmware to latest firmware of 1.49. For older software 1.11, the latest software update is up to 1.13 and emanage firmware is 1.39.
